Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the ClickExchange website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2

Our Services

ClickExchange operates currency exchange services at three branches in the Montréal area. Our website provides information about our services, indicative exchange rates, and an online reservation tool that lets you reserve foreign currency for pick-up in branch.

We are a Money Services Business (MSB) registered with FINTRAC. We do not provide financial advice, investment services, international wire transfers, or remittance services.

3

Online Reservation Service

Our online reservation tool lets you reserve a specific currency and amount for pick-up at a chosen branch on a selected date and time. The following conditions apply:

  • Reservations are not binding until confirmed by a ClickExchange representative (by phone or email).
  • No payment is collected online. You pay at the branch at the time of pick-up.
  • The exchange rate shown during the reservation reflects the rate at time of booking. While ClickExchange endeavours to honour this rate for confirmed appointments, rates are subject to market fluctuations and the rate applied to your transaction is the rate confirmed by our staff at pick-up.
  • We reserve the right to decline any reservation.
  • If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel in advance by calling +1 (514) 665-8328.
4

Exchange Rates and Pricing

Exchange rates displayed on our website are updated regularly and are provided for informational purposes only. They are indicative and subject to change without notice.

The rate that applies to your transaction is the rate quoted by our staff at the time of your in-person exchange, which may differ from the rate shown on the website. We make no warranty that any rate shown on the website will be available when you arrive at a branch.

5

Identification Requirements

In accordance with the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA), valid government-issued photo identification is required for all currency exchange transactions at our branches.

We reserve the right to decline any transaction where satisfactory identification cannot be provided.

6
